Katherine Ladouceur, President, is a highly-skilled proposal consultant who strives to produce quality work and earn the respect of clients and the industry.

Experience

Katherine has years of experience in proposal management in the geospatial and construction engineering industries and has written hundreds of winning proposals ranging in value from $5,000 to $700,000,000.

She has experience managing and writing proposals for contracts with federal, provincial, municipal and international governments.

• Five years of experience in the proposal management and writing industry, and seven years of experience in leadership positions
• Managed and written hundreds of proposals in response to government issued RFEOI/RFQ/RFPs

With over five years of experience in the management, coordination and development of proposals for well-respected companies, Katherine decided to offer her services independently. She discovered an opportunity in today’s marketplace for companies who need proposal assistance.

Education

Katherine has a degree in Geographic Information Systems from Carleton University, Ottawa, ON and a Certificate in Project Management from the University of British Columbia, Vancouver, BC.
She has a solid technical background in GIS and an understanding of project management principles, which are absolutely necessary in managing proposal submissions. She has also taken many additional project management, writing and business courses.
